Hinata — Content Roadmap

Dear Hinata Community!

The long awaited and eagerly anticipated content roadmap has been released and here is what we are planning with it.

There are three major content releases coming from our side.

The first one that everyone has been waiting for is the WAIFU Genesis Collection 2.0. We are looking forward to releasing a brand new collection with WAIFU Genesis 2.0. These will have:

1. Vibrant New and stylized frames for 2.0 collection
2. We’ve recruited many extremely talented artists for our newest generation of WAIFU NFTs!
3. Gacha styled card packs with our beloved characters.
4. Tokenized NFTs, where users are rewarded with Hinata in proportion to the Rarity of their cards.

We really want to focus on community feedback when it comes to a lot of the releases and content we are creating. This is something that we’ve neglected over the past, but we really want to rectify things in this regard, so going forward, we would like to hear the community’s ideas and implement the ones that are the most requested and relevant.

In terms of WAIFU Genesis 2.0, we are currently in the process of figuring out how to give access to the cards to the community. With WAIFU Genesis 1.0, users staked their $WAIF tokens to get a reward claimable token called $HAREM and then redeem the tokens using the $HAREM token that they earned via staking. There were a few things that were wrong with that method that we need to rectify:

1) There was an imbalance of $HAREM and how a few handful of users were able to snipe all the NFTs that we released and didn’t have to ever worry about running out of the $HAREM balance as their share just kept getting compounded.

2) The release wasn’t fair and users had to be on their hands clicking on the mint button as soon as the NFT dropped (which was manually done).

3) There was no revenue generation model for us (the creators) and to actively generate revenue for the NFT holder.

These are the concerns that we want to address before we launch new content to the user base. It is important to get this right the first time around and not have to modify the methodology of distributing WAIFU content.

The second major release and a new product that we are announcing is our very own “Hinata Generative Series”.

Hinata Generative will be using original characters from our IP and giving users a new type of NFT experience.

This new product line will have:

1. Brand new NFT generative collections
2. High quality 2D/3D generative drops
3. Sandbox Metaverse Compatible models

We believe that this product will give users who want to hold part of the Hinata ecosystem more access to content types with a different method of earning them. We want to make this accessible to everyone and thus are aiming to have this generative content available for sale via ETH which will be allocated toward supporting the project and token ($HNTAI) buybacks, liquidity provision and ecosystem development.

We would love to hear the feedback from the community on this as well, so please share your thoughts on either our Discord at discord.gg/hinata.

We will have more details as to how users can get hands on their first Hinata Generative drop in the future, but look out for it in the coming.

Lastly, our Sandbox.

We are proud to announce that we are officially Sandbox Partners! We are using their thriving ecosystem to build out our vision of an Anime Metaverse to organically grow our brand during the coming years.

We’ve been hard at work in building a lot of content from 3D models to full fletched landscapes and much more for the Hinata Metaverse using the Sandbox’s resources. This includes content like:

1. 3D Assets to interact with anything in the Hinata Metaverse
2. Fun Multiplayer Games where users can compete against each other for NFTs
3. Anime Inspired Voxel Characters that you can claim for free for listing NFTs in our marketplace
4. An Immersive Open world RPG where you can meet up with friends and complete quests for unique prizes within the sandbox.

And there is so much more. We will continue sharing content with our community as we get closer to the launch of The Sandbox to the public.
